You will never regret buying the Thermapen. As others have said, I use it on everything! I gave one to my son and daughter and although they admitted they would never have paid for one themselves, they were oh so glad Mom did. I first noticed it used frequently on many of the cooking shows on t.v. Have had mine about three years and wouldn't give it up for anything.
