Hi! I made this the first time. After 24 hours the dough was a little soupy. Not sure I converted the flour weight correctly. I just need to experiment more. I also left it in the oven with a towel so I will try using a bowl with a lid. My question is, my oven broiler does not operate the same time the oven is on bake. Should I turn bake off, and broiler on once I put the pizza in? I really do love the taste and texture of this crust!!!
