I have made this caramel recipe several times. Everybody I share it with LOVES it. Including folks who are family and friends of the people I have shared with. They go REALLY go crazy when I put the maldon salt flakes on. Most everyone who I have shared with, find the caramel extremely addictive and are glad I only make it once or twice a year. BEST CARAMEL Recipe ever! Even I love it (salted) and I am not a "caramel girl".
