LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my bread proofer! One of the best purchases I have ever made by far. It has made my bread baking so simple and perfect EVERY time. I even made yogurt with it. Wonderful. And the fact that it folds up so nicely makes having it around simple and not a problem at all. The only problem? I should have purchased the extra shelf so I can make more beautiful bread in one shot. Better get on that right now.
