Hi Barb, (follow up to Grandma's brown sugar cookie recipe discussion) Thanks for your response. We always chill the dough before rolling them out... But, the recipe calls for 1 pound of brown sugar. So, (to be sure I understand) would you suggest then trying 3/4 pound of brown sugar? Would light or dark brown sugar make a difference? Thanks
