I use to make cakes following the same recipe with same temperature and ingredients. Though generally come out successfully, but sometimes my cakes become dense and gooey even after an apparent perfectly-baked look.
The recipe I used to follow:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar(powered)
2 eggs
½ cup butter/white oil
½ cup milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda.
I do the mixing using a mixer. I used to bake in pressure cooker on a low heat for 45 mins.
Plz tell me the faults of my baking.
