Love your products, but I have one question...WHY...is your unbleached cake flour processed on allergen active machinery? Your all-purpose flour does not contain the same labeling, so I must assume that the two flours are processed differently. While I am grateful that your AP flour is not cross-contaminated, it does beg the question as to why your cake flour is.
Would love to know, and would love even more to learn that you're moving toward eliminating the cross-contamination risk. I would love to be an exclusive user of KA flour in my products, but can't bear the risk for my allergen-concsious customers.
