Hi!, now I am more confused than ever! I have always used the same recipe in my country, and it is very simple. I am trying to do it here and the cake comes out very dry. 2 cups of flour 2 cups of sugar 4 egg 1 cup of milk 175 grs of butter. 1 traspón baking poder. the procedure is the same, bake it at 350 and while it is hot is perfect when it cools it gets too dry. What am I doing wrong, I know it is not the baking time. Should I sift the unbleached self rising flour?
