That note about the onions and how you're supposed to put them on the pizza before baking makes me think: are there any plans to include frozen pizzas in this series? I've been freezing homemade crusts for some time, but I'd be happy to speed up the whole process. I'm sure it's perfectly possible to construct a finished pizza then freeze for later - but I'm happy to let someone else do it first, with pictures.
