Great ideas for using parchment paper, it's also a big part of my baking routine. when I make gluten free pancakes the batter sticks ferociously to the bottom of the pan so I place parchment paper in the bottom of the pan. I don't use a high heat for this and don't leave the stove. Easy to turn and easy clean, also cuts down on the amount of oil to fry them in. Thank you King Arthur Flour for all your expertise and excellent products for baking!
