Silly me. I should have known. KAF has answered all of my other questions, why did I not check here first?
Yesterday morning, I read page after page on various sites to try to learn how to temper chocolate. I thought I had all of the info needed.
My project wasn't a complete disaster, the coconut balls taste great and look beautiful... but the chocolate is NOT tempered and becomes a sliky melted mess on your fingers almost as soon as you pick one up.
When will I learn to come to KAF first?!?
Maybe I should switch my search engine from Google to KAF... that should solve a number of problems.
Anyway, thank you all so much for the information! Maybe next time I'll get it right. :)
