I love parchment for all of the uses in these comments and wanted to share my storage tip. On the inside of one of my kitchen cupboard doors (one that is larger than the parchment sheets), I put a Command hook about 20” from the bottom (higher than the length of parchment). Then I use a binder clip to hold the sheets of parchment on the short side and hang the binder clip from the hook. The sheets stay flat and are always close at hand. If you’re quick, you can pull off a sheet without even opening the binder clip!
