I cannot afford such an expensive stand mixer. I do have an old Mixmaster....with standard mixers or the kneading spirals....won't this do as well? Thanks for your answer...and these wonderful tips. I am newly diagnosed as Gluten intolerant...and want to learn as much as i can....quick breads and Christmas cookies are beginning to call to me!!!!
