Just made this tonight to take for breakfast for early horse show workers. Looks beautiful. I cut a very small corner to taste and see really good!! It did take 45-50 minutes to bake.....I have a newer oven and it works try temp. Try dropping the rack a notch to low middle versus high middle. Plan to try as muffins as well.....thanks KAF!
