Do you have any gluten free suggestions? You should be able to use a starch (potato, tapioca, arrowroot, corn) instead of flour to thicken the bechamel portion of this recipe. There were quite a few gluten free bechamel recipes when I did a quick search on Google so it may be a good starting place as well.-Jon
