I simply love this recipe. It's tradition to have fresh Danish in house come Christmas morning. The only thing different I did was make my own butter and I used cream instead of egg mixture. It's 1 pint heavy whipping cream beaten makes about 1/2 lb fatty sweet butter. And cream usually works great with my flaky pies. It keeps them from Browning too quickly, allowing them to brown eveningly. Worked out nicely. Thanks again. These r so good.!
