Hi Erica—I found a heritage flour that allows me to bake without getting my gf symptoms. It’s milled in the Midwest of non-gmo heritage grains and works just fine for me, allowing me to enjoy baked goods that I haven’t eaten in years. Let me know if you would like the info. I have no stake in anything connected with the flour—just thrilled that I am able to enjoy foods like these English muffins again. (Not sure a post like this is allowed, but I can’t wait to try these muffins!!!)
