As I have no Panera Bread I can't comment, BUT I have had an asiago bagel from another bagel establishment. I will have to give this a try! Have you tried freezing them? With only three at home now and two at college, I just don't "need" to have extra bagels hanging around. These should be pretty easy to freeze once they are baked. I would allow them to thaw overnight and/or bake them for a few minutes to re-heat them!-Jon
