I've made this cheesecake twice in the last 2 weeks. It is awesome! Everyone loved it, so I will definitely keep this recipe handy. Thanks so much! I made it for Christmas, and we still have about 1/3 of it in the fridge. I had a piece with some hot fudge on it for a mid-day treat yesterday. SO good and SO decadent.
