Hi Ava, we don't have an egg-free pastry cream recipe, but I was able to find a few elsewhere online, including this one. I think you could also bake this cake in a 9" X 13" pan, but baking time will likely be longer because the batter will be a bit thicker in this size pan. Start checking around 35 minutes and reset the timer from there.
