Gosh, these look nice. The color is beautiful and they definitely look good for Thanksgiving with the cranberries. I actually did the letter folding thing for the first time recently when making normal biscuits, and even without the buttering and freezing it really did make nice layers! I'll bet these are out of sight with the little extra effort and I'll definitely have to remember to do it your way next time. Come on, sweet potato season...
