How long will this keep in the fridge? Can it be frozen? I know, these may seem like ridiculous questions -- when my boys were home I wouldn't have to ask because this stuff would be inhaled within minutes, but now that we're empty nesters ... Keep in the fridge up to 2 weeks, freeze for up to 4 weeks. Invite the neighbors in for nibbles and wine, and it will be gone in no time. ~ MaryJane
