Stop reading my mind! I was going to look for a bacon jam recipe this morning and here you are, my love. What would you suggest substituting for the boiled cider? I was going to cut the recipe in half, so I would only need 2 Tbs. of the substitute. More maple syrup, maybe? I would suggest using apple juice concentrate in place of the boiled cider. ~Amy
