When you say equal amounts of water and flour how is that determined? If I have a cup of starter how much water and flour would I add to that........just another 1 cup water and 1 cup flour without taking any starter for reserve? Then the following feedings would it always be the 1 cup flour and 1 cup water no matter how much starter you have. I would like to do this but I am confused ;(
