Most of the instructions are for temperate climates. I live in a super hot zone where summer temperatures can reach 40C and a 80 to 90% humidity. How do I get the starter going in these climates. Should I start it off in a refrigerator? How often should I feed it? I find that if I follow the instructions given, by the end of day 5, I have a watery starter with tiny bubbles. Help please! can these starters be revived?
