I've been feeding twice daily for just over 2 weeks now in a 2 qt. mason jar. While the surface is bubbly, it has never risen more than about 20%. My kitchen remains between 69 (at night) and 79. I started with a whole wheat flour with no additives. The first week I fed with a generic all purpose flour (no other options at the time) and bottled water, and the second week with KA all purpose, no additives, and distilled water. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
