This is my second attempt at sourdough. I followed your recipe and everything was going great until day 4 when it stopped doing anything. Up until then it had been more than doubling. I continued feeding it every 12 hours but nothing else has happened. I am presuming that it somehow died. Can I just go back to day one with the existing starter or do I need to throw it out and start over again.
