You can substitute one cup (8 ounces) of fed starter for an equal amount of flour and water from the recipe. For 8 ounces of starter you would remove 4 ounces of flour (scant cup) and 4 ounces water (1/2 cup). This may not give you quite the rise you are looking for, so you can experiment with trying different amounts of starter and reducing the yeast amount by a bit. Barb@KAF
