PJ, how much does this make? I need to do two soups for a luncheon gathering of 10 ladies in a couple of weeks. Would this make enough for a serving or so each? And maybe a bit for my husband, in return for disappearing during the meeting? If it were me, I would make this soup 1 1/2 X so there will be enough for sure and even some left over. Then your husband can have 2 bowls and maybe some for the next day. Nothing better than tomato soup! Elisabeth
