I just made the lemon curd tonight for the first time from lemons from my tree. I used KA alternative sweetener and double yolk eggs ( that’s all I had). It tasted good while it was still warm. It’s still cooling. Hoping to have it tomorrow morning with pancakes. Will it get thicker?
