"Now, for the inevitable question: “Can I make these with whole wheat flour?”" LOL. Thanks for remembering us whole wheaters! It's just a hard question to answer, usually. ANYTHING can be baked with whole wheat - but I have no way of knowing what a customer's expectations are, as far as how closely it resembles the original. If you regularly bake with ww, then you kinda know what difference it'll make. But if you're a new baker, you may not have any idea at all... Tricky. But worth the effort to try! PJH
