I swear, having just been to London in November past and making my own Sticky Toffee Pudding. This is the American version of that beloved British Pudding. Just loved this recipe. The apples in this replaced the figs that are typically in the Sticky Toffee Pudding. But, close my eyes, I could hardly tell the difference between this lovely recipe and the Hawksmoors famous desert.
