Mary, here this dessert is a ´must`in some restaurants, specially at major cities like São Paulo. Anna Pavlova, Russian dancer inspired the dessert. Australia and New Zealand evokes the creation of the marvellous.Here we love it with ice cream and Portugal´s Port Wine, sometimes orange or lemon liquor drops. Nice post, as everrrrr!
