No problem at all, Jane! Just wrap it in plastic wrap or keep it in a Tupperware container and it'll be totally fine. If it's not humid out you could even leave it out just on the pan. If it's humid where you though, covering it will keep it from becoming chewy and soggy. Annabelle@KAF
