I love these buns! I have been doubling the recipe and making both hamburger and hot dog buns. I was wondering though, do you think that after the first rise the dough would be freezable? I have 5 kids, and time is not on my side! I was just thinking if I took the time to make more batches and froze them I would have little dough balls ready for next time, or when my kids decide in the morning to make dinner hamburgers! Thanks PJ! Yes, I think this dough should freeze very well. I don't like to freeze any yeast dough longer than a month or so, as I feel it starts to deteriorate; but with 5 kids, I'm guessing you'd use it up more quickly anyway, right? Enjoy - PJH
