We're doing a fund-raiser BBQ for our community next month and I've volunteered to make 40 buns! I've had great success using this recipe, but wondered if I just multiply all the ingredients by 5, will they still work? I think I would take half the dough & shape after rising, cover the rest to rise again before shaping them, so I don't have too many buns for my oven at once. What do you think?
