I was reading through the blog entries and was wondering where I can find the directions to parboil the pretzels before baking? J.D. I do not believe we have a blog post that delves into this topic! However, it is pretty simple. Bring your water and baking soda solution to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Allow your pretzel to boil for about one minute on one side before turning it over to boil for another 30-45 seconds. Transfer to a baking sheet using a slotted spoon or spider.-Jon
