Hi, I look forward to trying this beautiful step-by-step recipe one day. In the meantime, I bought some croissants from our local bakery. They turned out to be underdone in the middle. So much so that they tasted doughy and looked obviously undercooked when I cut them in half. The baker, of course, refunded me and gave me some fresh ones, but I still have the other ones in my freezer. Is there any way to "save" them or any thing else I can do with them. I can't stand to waste all those wonderful ingredients. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
