I make these waffles ALL THE TIME. It is so great to mix up the batter the night before, and then sleep in the next day, but still have waffles. My hubby has been on the hunt for the perfect Belgian waffle for years....when I finally started making these...the search was over. THANKS for a wonderful recipe. Glad you've been enjoying these, Deb - they're such a nice combo of crisp/soft, aren't they? PJH
