Can you make this cheesecake gluten free? Carolyn Hi Carolyn - I think you could make this recipe GF. The crust is the only part that contains gluten, so if you have a favorite crust you could use that or I think our GF-Roll-Out Cookie Recipe might work. You'd have to give it a try and let us know how it turns out! - kelsey
