I have just recently made this cobbler. This is the best I have ever eaten or made. So simple. The next time I make it , I will get the enhancer. I used extra flour and it was still runny but still delicious. Compliments to the cook. I have given this recipe to several of my friends. They could not believe how easy and tasty it was. My husband & I are both diabetics and I used splenda and splenda brown sugar. I also doubled the topping and used a 9x13' pan. Works very well. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
