Barbara - I'm a new member and new to King Arthur products. Just received my first order the other day and have been making biscuits ever since. I agree with you about cobbler - we're from the south and don't care for the biscuit topping. My husband loves peach cobbler where the crust gets "slightly burnt and gooey" on the top and bottom.
