Hi Jan! If it's storebought frozen bread dough, then that should be fine. They use a different yeast for commercially made frozen bread that doesn't die in the freezer like regular yeast does. Were it to be dough you had made, there's a good chance the yeast would die and the buns wouldn't rise very much. Annabelle@KAF
