I am trying to go gluten and dairy free. Two quick questions:
1.) Can I substitute gluten free flour (1:1)? and,
2.) What would you recommend as a suitable substitute for the buttermilk? (Assuming the buttermilk also helps activate baking soda for proper leavening/rising).
