A suggestion for cupcakes. How about following the recipe as is in a regular cake pan (round or rectangular). After the cake has cooled use a round biscuit cutter to cut out pieces and place in a cupcake paper and frost. You do lose the joy of peeling the paper away for the "reveal" but it would be a nice way to get your stripes and cupcake too. Great serving suggestion, thanks for sharing! ~ MaryJane
