I am going to have to try this. I can just see my kids' eyes getting big as I slice into it. What fun!! Would it work with three colors? A red, white and blue version would be really cool for the 4th of July. I'm sure you can color the batter with gel food coloring to your taste and imagination. Don't forget to think about the colors blending where they meet too. ~ MaryJane
