Lynda Sandora April 12, 2022 at 8:51pm I found using a Silpat a lot easier to roll the dough out than the parchment paper. It sticks to the surface better as you’re rolling it out & doesn’t form patterns on the dough as it gets bunched up. Then it’s easy to lift onto the pan for baking. Reply
