These look amazing and I am always looking for new Passover options. Can this be done using a hand mixer as my Kitchen Aid isn't used for Passover? Any changes required? So glad others have reduced the recipe since I am only cooking for 2. Thanks for posting Passover recipes. I can always depend on King Arthur!
