There are two recipes included in this blog, one to make the gluten free flour blend (that makes 9 cups of blend to use in recipes) and the other to make the bread recipe featured (using 3 cups of that flour blend). You shouldn't need to add 2 cups of milk and 5 eggs in addition to the other ingredients for the loaf of bread.
