These cookies sound great. I don't keep brandy in the house, so maybe this will be a good reason to finally get some. Or, for a southern twist, maybe some peach schnapps... My parents took me to a restaurant just over the Maine/NH border when I was four, and I ate nearly all of my mother's lobster! They still talk about it.
